Nazlı Pişkin currently serves as the General Counsel at ISTAC within the ISTAC Secretariat. Previously, she worked as a practicing lawyer, accumulating experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, project finance, and litigation.
She actively participated in M&A, financing, and refinancing projects for companies across diverse sectors, including highway and bridge construction, lodging, payment systems, and healthcare. Additionally, she assisted clients in public offerings and investment processes related to investment funds.
